Necklaces

It all began when I was a school administrator looking for a hobby. I began stringing beads to make bracelets, earrings and necklaces. When I retired, I became fascinated with making my own flame work beads. I have taken a wide variety of classes from world-class bead makers: Kristina Logan, Stephanie Sersich and Liliana Glen. I use string, bead embroidery and weaving techniques to create my one of a kind pieces. The colors of the effretti glass from Murano and Bull’s Eye Glass from Seattle are used to construct my beads. My necklaces also contain Sterling silver beads and findings, Czech glass beads, seed beads and semi-precious stones.
