Bracelets
It all began when I was a school administrator looking for a hobby. I began stringing beads to make bracelets, earrings and necklaces. When I retired, I became fascinated with making my own flame work beads. I have taken a wide variety of classes from world-class bead makers: Kristina Logan, Stephanie Sersich and Liliana Glen. I use string, bead embroidery and weaving techniques to create my one of a kind pieces. The colors of the effretti glass from Murano and Bull’s Eye Glass from Seattle are used to construct my beads.

This fun bracelet in yellows and browns is made up of Artisan made flame work beads, seed beads, Czech glass beads and brass charms of little chairs. The bracelet has a button clasp. The beads are strung on Irish waxed linen and cotton thread. It fits comfortably on a 7 1/2” wrist.
